Where it excels and where it fails
Exceptional hospitality, with friendly staff always eager to assist. Delicious breakfast options and spotless amenities make this stay unforgettable.
Morning noise from nearby transport can be disruptive,, and the bathroom could benefit from minor enhancements.

The staff were very accommodating during check-in.

This place was amazing, especially the phenomenal breakfast and the top-notch shower that made waking up enjoyable! I loved lounging on the sun terrace and finding some peaceful moments in the beautiful garden. Just a heads up, keeping the windows closed helped with the occasional bug, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 😊

The Standard Double Room was really comfy! The beds felt great and gave me a solid night’s sleep. Plus, the room was super clean and had a cozy vibe. There was good natural light coming in too. The only thing I noticed was that more English-speaking staff during late check-in would have been helpful.

Hotel La Galeria has a charming ambiance with beautifully maintained decor and a lovely courtyard garden. I appreciated how accessible the common areas were, making it comfortable for seniors like myself to navigate easily.
More English-speaking staff during late check-in would help.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a peaceful 2-night getaway in a spacious double room. Loved the friendly staff who made us feel welcome, but be prepared for breakfast options that lack variety. Pro tip, If you arrive late, consider cash as a backup for checkout challenges.

The hotel offered a beautiful courtyard that felt like
a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city. However, the room felt a bit cramped for my family's needs, especially with luggage.
